Management Trainee - Sales

As a Management Trainee - Sales, you will undergo a structured training program and gain hands-on exposure to medical device sales, customer engagement, and market development. During the initial 6 months, your role will focus on market mapping, lead generation, and lead qualification, while building a strong understanding of products, clinical applications, and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Support market development initiatives across assigned territories.
Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads within hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Assist in product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical interactions.
Build relationships with doctors, hospital teams, and key stakeholders.
Participate in conferences, CMEs, and on-ground engagement activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with senior team members to understand the end-to-end sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams including clinical, marketing, and service.
Requirements:
MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management) - recent graduates / final-year students.
BE / B. Tech in Biomedical or Electronics (mandatory).
Strong interest in medical devices / healthcare / technology-driven sales.
