Hanok International Real Estate LLC is expanding its team in Indore, India, and we’re looking for motivated, confident and target-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our growing sales team.
📍 Location: Workie Tech Park, Indore
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Generate and follow up with potential clients
• Make cold calls and outbound calls to generate business opportunities
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
• Schedule client meetings and property discussions
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets and close successful deals
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Confident and comfortable with cold calling
• Strong sales, negotiation and convincing abilities
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results
• Strong follow-up and client-handling skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Experience in real estate, telesales, B2B/B2C sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Freshers are welcome if they have strong English communication and sales potential
