Business Development Partner - 15% Commission
ElevateFlow is looking for motivated Business Development Partners who can help us acquire new business clients.
This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity for people who are confident speaking with business owners and closing B2B service deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Contact potential business clients using leads/data provided by ElevateFlow
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers
• Understand their business requirements
• Present relevant ElevateFlow solutions
• Follow up with prospects
• Negotiate and close projects
• Coordinate the successful handover of closed clients to the ElevateFlow team
WHAT YOU EARN
15% commission on every closed and paid project from leads provided by ElevateFlow.
20% commission on every closed and paid project from leads that you source yourself.
Monthly earning examples:
If you generate 20+ qualified leads per month and successfully close:
• 5 projects → ₹7,500+ on ElevateFlow leads / ₹10,000+ on your own leads
• 10 projects → ₹15,000+ on ElevateFlow leads / ₹20,000+ on your own leads
• 15 projects → ₹22,500+ on ElevateFlow leads / ₹30,000+ on your own leads
Commission examples:
• ₹10,000 project → ₹1,500 / ₹2,000
• ₹25,000 project → ₹3,750 / ₹5,000
• ₹50,000 project → ₹7,500 / ₹10,000
• ₹1,00,000 project → ₹15,000 / ₹20,000
No cap. No limit. The more you close, the more you earn.
Commission is paid directly to you after the client payment is received.
WHAT ELEVATEFLOW PROVIDES
You don't need to build or deliver the technical solution.
ElevateFlow handles the technical side, including:
• Website development
• Business automation
• Lead capture systems
• Booking and reminder systems
• Custom business tools
• Digital solutions for small businesses
Your primary responsibility is sales and client acquisition.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're particularly interested in people with experience in:
• B2B sales
• Business development
• Inside sales
• Client acquisition
• IT/software sales
• SaaS sales
• Website or digital-service sales
• Digital marketing sales
• Cold calling and lead conversion
Strong communication, persistence, follow-up and closing ability are more important than technical skills.
Sales experience with business owners or SMBs is a strong advantage.
IMPORTANT
This is a commission-only business development opportunity and does not include a fixed salary, stipend, or guaranteed monthly payment. Commission is earned only on successfully closed projects and is payable after the corresponding client payment is received by ElevateFlow..
Your earnings are directly linked to the number and value of projects you successfully close.
