Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Jaipur. The Sales Staff will welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, answering customer queries, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions, and coordinating with the store or office team on inventory and displays. The Sales Staff will also support post-sale follow-up, handle basic customer concerns, and uphold company policies and standards.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally and build trust with diverse customers.
Basic sales and negotiation skills, including comfort with explaining product features and closing sales.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and the ability to respond to customer needs.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
Comfort with using point-of-sale systems or basic computer applications; willingness to learn new tools as needed.
Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not mandatory; a strong interest in sales and customer interaction is important.
High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in handling transactions and customer information.
Minimum educational background of high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or business is a plus.
