Role Description The Director of Business Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing strategic business planning, financial performance, and operational execution across key programs and initiatives. This role includes leading cross-functional program management, aligning budgets and resources with organizational priorities, and monitoring business metrics to support informed decision-making. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine business strategies, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities. Day-to-day activities involve preparing financial and business reports, reviewing budgets, analyzing data and performance trends, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Director will also mentor team members, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and help drive sustainable value creation for the company and its stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and support evidence-based business decisions.
Candidates should possess Business Planning and strategic thinking capabilities, including experience in roadmap development, performance tracking, and operational optimization.
Candidates should possess Finance and Budgeting skills, including forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting for executive stakeholders.
Relevant experience in technology, gaming, blockchain, or digital assets is beneficial, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred, as well as demonstrated experience in a senior business management or leadership role.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of integrity and professional conduct.
