About the role
We are hiring a Social Media Lead for a TikTok Shop and social commerce growth agency working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
You will own content strategy, connect audience growth with sales, and turn performance insights into creative decisions. Reporting to the founder, you will direct a video editor and content coordinator while staying involved in hands-on production.
What you will own
• Content strategy across TikTok and Instagram, with YouTube short-form as the next channel to launch.
• The balance between growth content and sales content, and the funnel that connects them.
• Weekly performance analysis, with clear recommendations on what to scale and what to cut.
• Hands-on production of static content and B-roll when speed matters.
• Briefs, feedback, and turnaround for the video editor and content coordinator.
• Inbound DMs, sales lead qualification, and partnership conversations.
• ManyChat flows for DM automation and lead capture.
• Meta Ads to amplify content already performing organically.
• Amazon Influencer Program activity: storefront, product content, and commissionable placements.
What we are looking for
• Proven growth of comparable accounts, supported by account handles and measurable results.
• Deep understanding of creator-led personal brands.
• Strong command of TikTok and Instagram formats and trends.
• Working knowledge of ManyChat and Meta Ads.
• Ability to move between strategy and hands-on production while maintaining quality.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Confidence directing a small remote team.
Nice to have
• Background or working exposure in pharmacy, medicine, supplements, or health and wellness.
• Experience with the Amazon Influencer Program.
• Experience launching a YouTube short-form channel from zero.
Role details
• Location: Remote, for candidates based in Colombia, Mexico or Argentina.
• Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours with overlap with US time zones.
• Engagement: Independent contractor.
• Reports to: Founder.
• Compensation: Based on experience.
• Start date: October 1.
