🧑💻 Experience: 5–6 Years
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Security Engineer to join our team and take ownership of enterprise IT/OT infrastructure, networking, server administration, and defensive security operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and GPO
• Configure and manage VMware / Hyper-V environments
• Handle server hardening, patch management, backups and disaster recovery
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks across IT & OT environments
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs
• Implement VLANs, routing, ACLs, NAT and IPSec/SSL VPNs
• Perform network troubleshooting and packet-level analysis using Wireshark
• Manage EDR/Antivirus and IDS/IPS solutions
• Monitor security alerts, logs and escalate incidents
• Coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities and security misconfigurations
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• 5–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN and VLAN
• Good Windows and Linux administration skills
• Hands-on experience with server hardware assembly and configuration
• Knowledge of firewall management – Fortinet / Sophos / Cisco preferred
• Familiarity with Nessus / Qualys or similar vulnerability scanning tools
• Knowledge of PowerShell / Bash scripting
🔹 Mandatory Certification – At Least One
✅ CCNA
✅ CompTIA Security+
✅ CompTIA CySA+
✅ Vendor Firewall Certification – Fortinet / Cisco / Sophos
🔹 Preferred Certifications
• Microsoft Windows Server / MCSE
• VMware VCP
• GICSP / ISA/IEC 62443 or other OT/ICS security certification
• CISSP for senior/lead profiles
