Are you passionate about podcasting, storytelling, entertainment, conversations, and content creation?
Gayathri Entertainments is building a creative podcasting team for upcoming podcast shows, YouTube content, short films, cover songs, and entertainment projects.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to gain real-world experience in the entertainment and digital content industry and be part of a growing creative team.
🎙️ OPEN POSITIONS
1. Podcast Host / Presenter
Host podcast episodes and interviews
Conduct engaging conversations with guests
Research topics and prepare questions
Present content confidently on camera/microphone
Bring personality, energy, and authenticity to the show
Participate in promotional clips and YouTube Shorts
2. Co-Host / Podcast Anchor
Support the main host during episodes
Participate in discussions and interviews
Help maintain the flow of conversations
Contribute ideas for topics and guests
Comfortable with both serious and entertaining discussions
3. Podcast Researcher / Content Researcher
Research topics, guests, and discussion points
Prepare episode briefs and questions
Verify basic facts and background information
Develop interesting podcast topics and content ideas
Assist hosts before recordings
4. Podcast Producer / Production Coordinator
Coordinate recording schedules
Communicate with hosts and guests
Plan episode structure and requirements
Manage recording-day coordination
Assist with overall podcast production
5. Video Editor / Short-Form Editor
Edit podcast episodes and interviews
Create YouTube Shorts/Reels
Add captions, transitions, music, and visual elements
Create engaging promotional clips from episodes
Help maintain the visual identity of the channel
6. Social Media & Content Team
Manage content for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
Create captions, posts and promotional content
Identify trending content formats
Promote podcast episodes and clips
Assist with audience engagement and content strategy
7. Creative / Graphic Designer
Design podcast thumbnails
Create social media creatives
Design episode posters and promotional material
Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms
