Role Description The Country Head is a senior leadership contract role responsible for establishing and growing growthZ.ai’s presence in a specific country or region, working fully remotely. This role oversees market entry strategy, business development, and client acquisition, with a focus on small and medium businesses seeking AI-driven growth automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, leading sales and account management efforts, and ensuring high-quality delivery of growthZ.ai products and services. The Country Head will coordinate with global product, marketing, and operations teams, provide market insights, and adapt offerings to local needs while maintaining alignment with global brand and growth objectives. The role also involves managing local teams or partners, monitoring performance, and reporting progress and risks to the global leadership team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in country or regional leadership, including business development, market expansion, and revenue ownership.
Strong background in digital marketing, growth strategy, or SaaS/technology solutions, ideally involving automation or AI-driven products.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships, client relationships, and stakeholder networks.
Experience in sales leadership, including pipeline development, deal negotiation, and account management for small and medium businesses.
Ability to analyze market data, interpret insights, and make informed decisions on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment, with strong self-management and communication skills.
Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and operations; prior startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Fluency in English and the primary business language of the country; familiarity with regional digital ecosystems and regulatory considerations.
