About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying sophisticated machine learning models and AI systems that address complex business challenges. Your work will involve developing intelligent solutions such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation engines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to process large datasets, develop training pipelines, and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to ensure our clients benefit from cutting-edge AI innovations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a passion for innovation, and a desire to apply AI to solve real-world problems effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI development is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is essential, along with experience working with SQL and big data tools. Candidates should have expertise in deep learning, statistical modeling, and MLOps practices. Strong analytical skills, the ability to process and analyze large datasets, and experience deploying models to production environments are critical. A solid understanding of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is necessary to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn to meet project requirements and improve performance. Process and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and build efficient training pipelines. Deploy machine learning models into production environments ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance monitoring. Conduct research on emerging AI techniques and implement cutting-edge algorithms to keep solutions at the forefront of technology. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Document model development processes, maintain code repositories, and ensure compliance with best practices in model validation and deployment. Continuously monitor and refine models post-deployment to ensure sustained accuracy and effectiveness.
