Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the end-to-end product strategy and execution across 3E-AI Solutions’ AI and automation offerings. This role oversees the product lifecycle from vision and roadmap definition through discovery, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with executive leadership to define product priorities, guiding product managers and cross-functional teams, and aligning product decisions with customer needs and business outcomes. The CPO will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and client delivery teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans, scalable product operations, and successful deployments. The role also includes establishing product management best practices, setting success metrics, and engaging with key customers and partners to inform future product innovation.
Qualifications
Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, roadmap, and data-informed priorities.
Demonstrated Project Management experience to coordinate complex initiatives and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
Proven Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership capabilities to guide product, engineering, and business stakeholders toward shared goals.
Experience building and scaling AI, SaaS, or workflow automation products, ideally in consulting or B2B environments.
Ability to translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, remote-first organizations.
Background in technology, business, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience in product leadership is beneficial.
Prior experience in industries such as government contracting, construction, manufacturing, or SMB-focused solutions is a plus.
