Site Supervisor
Experience: 0–1 year
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Type: On-site | Multiple project sites
We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day functioning of our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
Be present on site every working day and take responsibility for daily site operations and progress.
Manage and monitor work across multiple sites as required.
Ensure labourers are present, working regularly and executing work correctly.
Ensure construction is carried out as per drawings, dimensions and design requirements.
Coordinate labour, vendors and site activities to keep work moving efficiently.
Coordinate with the team regarding material requirements and deliveries.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and check the quantity, specifications, condition and quality of materials received.
Take responsibility for materials at site, including proper storage and preventing damage or wastage.
Monitor daily progress and provide regular updates and reports to the partners.
Identify delays, quality issues or site problems and report them promptly.
Check workmanship and ensure corrections are made where required.
Requirements
Civil Engineering Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech.
0–1 year of experience; freshers may apply.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work directly with labourers and vendors.
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently while reporting to the senior/partners.
Comfortable travelling between multiple project sites in and around Chennai.
Ability to drive a car and hold a valid driving licence is a bonus
Candidates should be based in or around Kovur, Thandalam, Kundrathur or nearby areas for convenient daily travel.
