About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding People team at Stord. This pivotal role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for finance-related positions, including accounting, finance, and other SG&A roles. As a trusted partner to Finance leadership, you will be responsible for understanding their hiring needs, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance. Your expertise will directly influence the growth and strength of Stord's financial operations, ensuring the company attracts top-tier talent to support its scaling objectives. This high-visibility position requires a strategic thinker with strong sourcing skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of finance roles and requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on finance and accounting roles
Proven success in recruiting for roles such as accountants, controllers, finance managers, or similar positions
Strong sourcing capabilities, including advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques and passive candidate outreach
Ability to effectively engage finance stakeholders, translating role requirements into targeted sourcing and screening strategies
Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, with a track record of high candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on pipeline metrics
Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for finance and related SG&A roles, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional associations, and referrals
Partner closely with finance hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and build scalable hiring plans
Act as a brand ambassador for Stord, ensuring a positive, transparent, and efficient experience for all candidates
Develop a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business operations to accurately assess candidate technical skills, business judgment, and role fit
Maintain pipeline health, monitor conversion metrics, and analyze time-to-fill data, providing market insights such as compensation trends and talent availability to hiring teams
Continuously refine interview processes, scorecards, and workflows to reduce time-to-hire without compromising on quality
Collaborate with People Operations, Compensation, and other Talent Acquisition partners to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices across the organization
