Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The individual in this position will oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate logistics and supplies, and support smooth execution of marine and technical services along with travel to different locations/ports in India. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, tracking orders, maintaining documentation, and liaising with ports, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and provisions. The role involves analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, and assisting in the planning and implementation of operational strategies. The Operations Executive will also support compliance with company procedures and industry standards while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and optimize workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and port authorities.
Candidates should ideally have knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or maritime operations, with prior experience in a related industry considered an advantage.
Candidates should have proficiency in basic office software, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
