Sunrise Real Estate | Mumbai
We’re looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing real estate team.
Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate Sales
Work Model: Hybrid
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives
What You’ll Do
• Handle and follow up with qualified real estate leads
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Coordinate and conduct site visits and client meetings
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers
• Negotiate and assist clients through the complete sales cycle
• Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into closures
• Coordinate with developers and channel partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in dealing with clients
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate market
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp and client meetings
• Two-wheeler preferred
