Role Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the organization’s commercial strategy and driving revenue growth across all product lines and markets. The CCO will oversee sales, business development, and key account management, ensuring that commercial activities align with the company’s goals in the refurbished medical equipment and healthcare technology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing commercial plans, managing and mentoring sales teams, setting performance targets, and building strong relationships with hospital and healthcare partners. The CCO will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, pricing and budgeting decisions, and market expansion opportunities, while monitoring performance data to optimize commercial processes and results.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with experience designing and implementing commercial strategies in healthcare or medical technology sectors.
Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, including managing key accounts, negotiating high-value contracts, and leading sales teams.
Demonstrated capability in Budgeting and financial oversight, including forecasting, resource allocation, and profitability optimization.
Experience working with hospitals or healthcare organizations, ideally with exposure to medical equipment or healthcare technology markets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and market insights to guide commercial decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
