Business Application Consultant

This role focuses on the technical aspects of supporting and enhancing Stolt's Oracle EPM platform. The consultant will troubleshoot EPM Automate processes, manage data pipelines, create integrations across platforms, automate reporting workflows, and further develop the platform's predictive insights (e. g., IPM insights and ML models). Hands-on expertise with Python scripts and technical data flows is a primary requirement.
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for all EPM-related systems (PBC, FCC, ARC), including debugging issues and optimising processes.
Develop and manage data pipelines connecting Oracle EPM to other enterprise platforms (e. g., BI, ERP, HR systems) using tools like EPM Automate and Python scripts.
Optimise predictive planning models: Work with the business to develop and configure IPM insights and integrate machine-learning-driven forecasts effectively.
Integrate new reporting platforms: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure upcoming integrations are robust, scalable, and meet business performance requirements.
Manage Oracle monthly releases: Test and evaluate new capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and implement technical updates.
Support ongoing cloud migration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the Oracle EPM technical architecture aligns with the future cloud ERP environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience with Oracle EPM / Oracle FCCS/ Oracle PBCS/ Oracle ARCS/ Oracle TRCS / Oracle EDMCS (preferably Cloud)/ Hyperion.
Extensive knowledge of EPM Automate/ Groovy scripts, data integrations, and process automation.
Strong scripting experience in Python and familiarity with SQL.
Experience working with cross-platform integrations and cloud reporting platforms.
Fluent in English.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical analysis skills.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones in a global organisation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
Must Have Skills:
Oracle EPM / Oracle FCCS/ Oracle PBCS/ Oracle ARCS/ Oracle TRCS / Oracle EDMCS preferably Cloud)/ Hyperion.
EPM Automate/ Groovy scripts.
