Role Description The Process Trainer is a contractual, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering effective training programs for operations and process excellence. In this role, the Process Trainer designs, updates, and conducts training modules for new hires and existing team members on standard operating procedures, systems, and service quality standards. Typical responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating learning materials, facilitating classroom and on-floor sessions, and monitoring trainee performance and feedback. The Process Trainer collaborates with operations leaders and process owners to identify gaps, standardize workflows, and ensure adherence to compliance and safety guidelines. The role also involves maintaining training records, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping teams achieve productivity and customer experience targets.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop structured training plans aligned with operational objectives.
Experience delivering New Hire Training and onboarding programs for frontline and support teams.
Strong Presentation Skills and facilitation capabilities for both classroom and on-the-job training environments.
Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders and conveying complex processes simply.
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or process training roles is highly beneficial.
Comfort using MS Office and digital learning tools to create training content and maintain documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in training, L&D, or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple training batches, and adapt to changing business priorities.
