VP of Brand Partnerships

Beyond social media, Prestigeholics has expanded into digital publishing with several books that deepen its connection with its audience.
Role Description The VP of Brand Partnerships is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and partners that align with Prestigeholics’ mission and audience. This role oversees the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and growing long-term collaborations across social, digital content, and publishing initiatives. The person in this role will work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to co-create integrated campaigns, branded content, and sponsorships that deliver value for partners while protecting and enhancing the Prestigeholics brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing partnership strategies, analyzing performance, refining go-to-market approaches, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The VP of Brand Partnerships will also mentor and guide a partnerships and sales team, set KPIs, and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
Qualifications
Strong brand management and brand development skills, with experience building and scaling digital or content-focused brands.
Expertise in marketing and customer insight, including audience segmentation, campaign planning, and data-informed decision making.
Proven sales and partnership development skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, closing deals, and relationship management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with content, social media, product, and analytics stakeholders.
Background in digital media, social platforms, publishing, or influencer/content creator ecosystems is highly beneficial.
Ability to work remotely with strong self-management, communication, and collaboration skills across time zones.
Demonstrated success in revenue growth, strategic planning, and building long-term brand alliances.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
