Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gorakhpur. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, cutting and sequencing clips, and refining edits to create compelling visual narratives. Responsibilities include applying color grading, enhancing audio, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to align with project requirements and brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating closely with directors, content creators, and graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other channels. The Video Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, maintain organized file structures, and consistently uphold quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling full post-production workflows.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional visual quality across projects.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
Good understanding of sound editing, basic audio mixing, and video formats optimized for digital platforms.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow creative briefs while contributing ideas.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
