Remote travel advisor

We're looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Travel Advisor to join our remote team. In this part-time role, you'll consult with clients to understand their travel goals, research destinations, and coordinate flights, lodging, and activities from start to finish. You'll provide hands-on support before, during, and after every trip — all while working independently and collaborating virtually with our team.
What You’ll Do:
• Consult with clients to plan customized vacations
• Research destinations and coordinate travel arrangements
• Manage bookings and itineraries using agency tools and vendor platforms
• Provide clear, responsive communication via phone, email, and messaging
• Support clients before, during, and after their trips
What We're Looking For:
• Strong customer service instincts
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Comfort managing multiple bookings
• Familiarity with travel/hospitality systems (or eagerness to learn)
• Reliable internet access and comfort working remotely
• Prior travel, hospitality, or customer-facing experience a plus — not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; travel/tourism certifications a bonus
