Role Description The Vice President Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities across the firm’s financial and blockchain product verticals, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives. This full-time remote role includes managing end-to-end operational processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to support research, product development, client service, and market activities. The role involves leading cross-functional projects, coordinating with Research Partners and internal teams, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The Vice President Operations will be responsible for P&L oversight in collaboration with finance leadership, risk and compliance coordination, and operational support for new product launches. This position also requires building high-performing teams, fostering a data-driven culture, and supporting senior leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to design, implement, and optimize operational processes across multiple business lines.
Candidates should possess demonstrated experience in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to support financial performance, growth initiatives, and long-term organizational goals.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and stakeholder management skills to ensure high-quality client experiences and effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
Candidates should possess excellent leadership, people management, and team-building abilities, with a track record of leading distributed or remote teams.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in using data and KPIs to guide operational improvements.
Candidates should possess familiarity with financial services, capital markets, or blockchain technology; experience in innovation-driven or research-focused environments is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
