Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data engineers to develop data analytic solutions such as data warehouses and data marts on Azure Databricks.
Requirements:
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira, to plan out Program Increments and Sprints.
Experienced in end-to-end development of data solutions on Azure using Databricks/Snowflake.
Perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in Insurance domain, including insurance KPIs and regulatory reporting.
Strong understanding of Guidewire (PC/BC/CC) data structures.
