Junior Analys

Role Description The Junior Analyst role is a part-time, remote position supporting the club’s philanthropic and fundraising efforts. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing data related to events, donations, and community programs, and preparing basic reports and summaries for leadership. The Junior Analyst assists in tracking key performance indicators, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, and supporting simple analysis to improve outreach and fundraising strategies. The role collaborates with board members and committee leads to provide data-driven insights, helps document processes, and contributes to presentations or briefing materials. This position offers exposure to nonprofit operations, community impact measurement, and leadership development while working flexibly from a remote location.
Qualifications
Ability to work with data using spreadsheets or basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and organize information clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for summarizing findings and collaborating with team members.
Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote, part-time environment.
Interest in nonprofit work, community service, or youth-focused initiatives; prior volunteer or fundraising experience is a plus.
Comfort working independently, seeking guidance when needed, and demonstrating a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
Basic familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and documentation of processes and results is beneficial.
Relevant coursework or experience in fields such as business, social sciences, data analysis, or related areas is preferred but not required.
