The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes for a wide range of customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry, all the way to cell and DNA research.
How you can make a difference:
Take responsibility for specific customers and key accounts
Respond to and coordinate centrally received customer e-mails and calls in following company standards
Perform independent time and resource planning within responsible area
Ensure competent resolution of technical challenges
Manage the effective flow of information both externally and internally
Investigate and independently assess customer complaints in an economic and sustainable manner and ensure timely, customer-oriented and technically sound feedback to customers
Support coaching and training of internal Field Service Engineers and provide user trainings at the customer's site
Lead projects and supervise Technical Support projects within field organization
That’s what you bring along:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electricity, Electronical, Biomedical ...) or BSc in similar branch
3 years of experience in similar role
Driver license
