Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized physiotherapy programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, designing exercise and rehabilitation protocols, applying manual therapy techniques, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients and families on home exercises, posture, ergonomics, and preventive care, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. Collaboration with senior clinicians on complex cases, adherence to clinic protocols, and contribution to a positive, patient-centered environment are key aspects of the position. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Manokamana Advance Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre in Amalner.
Qualifications
Professional qualification in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent), with valid registration as per local regulatory requirements.
Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
Ability to apply manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques for orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain conditions.
Effective communication skills for patient education, counselling, and collaboration with the clinical team.
Attention to detail in clinical documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up scheduling.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Interest or experience in advanced techniques such as osteopathy, chiropractic care, cupping therapy, or FDM is an advantage.
