Role Description The Senior Project Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex software, mobile, UI/UX, and web projects. This role oversees project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. The Senior Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder communication, and facilitates decisions to keep projects on track. Day-to-day activities include monitoring project progress, identifying risks and mitigation plans, supervising expediting and inspection activities where relevant, and optimizing logistics and workflows to support on-time delivery. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of project management processes and mentors team members to strengthen overall project capabilities.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance practices for digital product development.
Proficiency in Logistics Management for coordinating resources, schedules, and dependencies across distributed teams.
Proven experience leading software, mobile app, or digital product projects, ideally within an agency or software house environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
