Position Title: Vice President of Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to drive daily operations, optimize business processes, and foster team collaboration.
The incumbent will participate in business planning and work closely with product, marketing, customer service, and management teams to enhance overall operational efficiency and the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives.
Optimize internal processes to improve team collaboration and productivity.
Manage, develop, and enhance the performance of the operations team.
Analyze operational performance based on business data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate resources across departments to ensure the successful completion of key projects.
Continuously improve the customer experience and service processes.
Regularly report operational status and key business progress to management.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in operations or business management.
Proven ability in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.
Familiarity with business process optimization and data analysis.
Ability to independently formulate plans and drive project implementation.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the internet, fintech, or platform-based business sectors is preferred.
