Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 base, plus guaranteed quarterly bonus
About the Opportunity
Our client, a thriving and growing 40-person CPA firm, is hiring a Tax Senior to join its team on a fully remote basis. The firm serves a strong, established client base of small to mid-sized businesses and individuals, and is known for a great culture, real room for growth, and taking care of its people. This past busy season, the team finished early, and the firm flew in its out-of-town staff and hosted everyone in a box at the Braves game.
This is a long-term opportunity for a tax professional who wants to do quality work for good clients without being tied to an office.
What You'll Do
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for small to mid-sized businesses (partnerships, S-corps, C-corps) and individuals
Manage a portfolio of client engagements through the tax cycle
Communicate directly and professionally with clients on questions, documentation, and planning
Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the broader team
Support the firm's continued growth as it expands its client base
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of public accounting tax experience
Hands-on experience with small to mid-sized business and individual returns
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional client communication skills
CPA is a plus, but not required
