PhoneRow is building a modern mobile marketplace that connects customers with mobile shops, making it easier to discover phones, compare options, and connect with sellers.
About the Role
This is a flexible, part-time field role where you will visit mobile shops, communicate with shopkeepers, collect and photograph their available phone inventory, and help add their products to the PhoneRow platform.
You will also introduce PhoneRow to new shopkeepers and help onboard interested shops.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking to business owners, have a friendly personality, and be able to represent PhoneRow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Visit mobile shops in Abbottabad and surrounding areas.
Build friendly relationships with shopkeepers and explain PhoneRow.
Collect information about available phones and shop inventory.
Take clear, good-quality photos of phones and products.
Gather accurate product details such as model, storage, condition, price, and other relevant information.
Add or assist with adding inventory to the PhoneRow platform.
Identify and approach new mobile shops that could join PhoneRow.
Help interested shopkeepers complete the onboarding process.
Follow up with shopkeepers when required.
Maintain accurate records of visited and onboarded shops.
Represent PhoneRow professionally and positively in the local mobile market.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and respectful personality.
Comfortable speaking with shopkeepers and business owners.
Comfortable working independently in the field.
Basic smartphone skills and ability to take clear photos.
Ability to use basic apps, forms, or websites.
Good attention to detail when recording product information.
Reliable and punctual.
Previous sales, fieldwork, customer service, or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
