Role Description/Job Summary:

The Casualty Claims Field Adjuster is a full-time, remote position based out of our Phoenix, AZ location. In this role, the adjuster conducts field investigations of general liability and auto liability claims, including site inspections, witness and claimant interviews, and detailed documentation of incidents and damages. The adjuster prepares clear, timely reports and recommendations for claim resolution for our clients' examiners.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating with insurers, legal representatives, and claimants; gathering and analyzing evidence; and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company standards. The role also involves independently managing a caseload, meeting deadlines, and professionally representing the company during settlement discussions.
Qualifications:
Strong Claims Handling Skills, including Claims Handling and Property Damage assessment.
Experience in Claims Management and Claims Resolution within casualty or liability lines.
Effective communication skills for interviewing, report writing, and client interaction.
Attention to detail and sound judgment in evaluating evidence and determining liability.
Ability to manage fieldwork independently.
Prior experience as a field adjuster is mandatory.
Arizona adjuster license is required.
Proficiency with claim management software, digital documentation tools, and basic office applications.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site investigations required.
