Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Sharma Hospital in Jaipur. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and electrotherapy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, documenting treatment progress, educating patients and families on home exercise and preventive care, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize rehabilitation outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to hospital protocols and clinical standards, and contributing to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and valid registration or license as required by local regulatory authorities.
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic interventions across musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative cases.
Ability to educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs, posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevent further injury.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and to build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Good documentation skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with maintaining medical records and following hospital policies and clinical protocols.
Capacity to manage a clinical caseload, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced hospital environment while maintaining high standards of care.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use hospital information systems; prior experience in a hospital or rehabilitation center is an advantage.
