Who This Suits
This role is best suited to professionals who:Have 7+ years' experience in hospitality, including venue management, food and beverage leadership, hotel operations, events, catering, or other client-facing roles
Are confident in consultative, people-first conversations. You listen, qualify, and guide rather than push

Are looking to move away from shift-based work toward a more flexible and self-directed way of operating

What You Will Be Doing
Managing inbound and self-generated enquiries through digital channels
Building visibility through professional networks and platforms such as LinkedIn
Guiding professionals toward relevant digital education programs and live events
Developing and managing your own pipeline, schedule, and follow-up
Participating in weekly training and strategy sessions within an active, experienced team
