Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with maintaining employee records, helping implement HR policies, and coordinating documentation related to personnel management and benefits. Responsibilities include helping with recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes for new team members. The intern will also assist in organizing HR-related communications, preparing reports, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and compliance with organizational guidelines. Collaboration with HR team members and other departments will be required to ensure smooth, efficient HR processes in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR experience.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to support policy documentation and basic benefits administration tasks.
Skills in Personnel Management, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding and general HR coordination.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools, basic proficiency in office productivity software, and the ability to work independently under guidance.
Interest in the EdTech sector and willingness to learn about HR practices in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
