Role Description The Assistant role at O Martinhal Resort Sagres is a full-time, remote position supporting daily administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars, organizing digital files and documentation, and preparing basic reports or summaries for internal use. The Assistant will respond to emails and inquiries, coordinate virtual meetings, and ensure clear communication between team members and departments. Additional duties may include data entry, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with simple project coordination tasks as needed. Qualifications
