About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Are You a RETIRED or SEMI-RETIRED CHRO, HR Director, or HR Leader Looking for Your Next Act?
I'm looking for a Co-founder who has HR leadership experience and connections.
Not an employee.
Not a consultant.
Not someone looking for another job.
Not someone chasing a salary.
Not someone trying to build a resumé.
I'm looking for someone a little different.
I'm looking for someone who has already built an HR department, knows the highs and lows of corporate life, and is ready to build a new business whose target customers are CHROs, HR Directors, and knowledge workers.
I'm looking for a retired or semi-retired CHRO, HR Director, or HR leader who seeks the excitement of building something meaningful with the right team.
Over the past several months, I've been building My Big 3™, an innovative corporate wellness platform with a simple yet powerful mission:
Help employees reduce stress by focusing on the three things that matter most each day.
In a world where we're constantly distracted by notifications, meetings, email, and AI, I believe focus has become one of the most valuable skills we can develop.
I can see the vision clearly.
I've built products before, started companies, secured patents, led technology teams, and I know what it takes to get something off the ground.
But I also know something else:
The best companies are rarely built alone.
That's why I'm looking for a true co-founder and business partner.
Someone who has corporate HR leadership experience and wants to experience the startup roller coaster.
Someone who can challenge my thinking, bring complementary strengths, open doors, and help turn My Big Three into a category-defining company.
I'm prepared to offer up to 25% equity to the right person because I want a real partner who brings a lot to the table, not just an advisor.
This is not about finding another employee.
It's about finding someone who still wants to build a great company while leveraging their HR experience and connections to engage prospective corporate customers.
If this sounds like you, or if someone immediately comes to mind, I'd love to have a conversation today.
Sometimes the best chapter is the one you never planned to write.
