Site Civil Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Anuppur. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee daily construction and civil works, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards and codes. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues as they arise. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, assisting in planning and scheduling, managing quality control and documentation, and supporting site inspections and audits. The Site Civil Engineer will also contribute to optimizing construction methods, maintaining safety and environmental standards, and reporting project status to management.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.
Experience working as a Civil Engineer on-site, with hands-on involvement in construction supervision and field coordination.
Skills in Planning and project scheduling, including resource allocation and progress tracking for civil works.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and related infrastructure design and implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations applicable to civil construction projects.
Proficiency in common engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software) and basic MS Office applications.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality on-site.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Prior experience in field execution or site management for infrastructure projects in a similar environment is an advantage.
