About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description StratEdge Workflow Systems develops workflow-control tools that support financial, administrative, retirement, and service-based operations. Its core product, StratEdge Workflow Control, helps organizations manage recurring processes through workflow intake, document tracking, task ownership, status updates, attention management, and operational recordkeeping. The platform is built to reduce scattered follow-ups, missing documents, unclear ownership, delayed reviews, and limited visibility across workflows. StratEdge is in early commercial development, working with organizations on pilots and implementation planning. Production deployments are configured around each organization’s specific workflows, user roles, approval paths, integrations, reporting, automation, and security requirements.
Role Description This full-time remote System Engineer role focuses on maintaining and improving StratEdge Workflow Control environments for customers and internal teams. The System Engineer will configure and support production and test environments, manage deployments and updates, and monitor system performance, reliability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with product and development teams on system design improvements, and documenting configurations and operational procedures. The role also involves working with customer-facing stakeholders to understand requirements, support integrations, and help ensure stable, secure, and scalable workflow implementations.
