Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights that support business strategy and decision-making. The successful candidate will gather information from multiple sources, evaluate market trends, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using internal and external data sources.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and business opportunities.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Perform market, industry, and competitor analysis.
Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and research documentation.
Monitor market trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
Verify the accuracy and reliability of research findings.
Present insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Support ad hoc research projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple research projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, or similar analytical tools.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
Experience conducting market research or competitive analysis.
Familiarity with survey tools and data visualization platforms.
Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
