Appointment Setting
Follow up with inbound leads via SMS, email, and DMs
Qualify prospects using scripts and frameworks
Book calls directly through GoHighLevel scheduling
Manage pipelines and lead lists inside GHL
Use Wavv Dialer for outbound calls & follow-ups
Hit weekly booking and performance KPIs
Tech Stack You’ll Use
GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM, automations, internal communication & client channels
Zoom - check-ins, support calls, onboarding
WAVV Dialer – outbound calling & follow-up
Experience with these tools is a strong plus.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer support
Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
Bonus if you’ve worked in high ticket sales, digital marketing, or HVAC/home services
