Do you have a strong track record selling complex BPO, CX outsourcing, managed services or enterprise SaaS into digital businesses?
Have you closed multi-country, multi-year service contracts with C-level stakeholders?
Can you sell beyond seat-based or price-per-contact models, focusing instead on value, solution design and transformation?
Do you understand how AI changes CX, trust & safety and support delivery models?
Have you carried a personal quota and consistently self-sourced new-business pipeline?
Are you comfortable operating as a senior IC initially, with the potential to build a team as the vertical grows?
