Company Description Open Arms of Minnesota is a nonprofit organization that prepares and delivers nourishing, medically tailored meals free of charge to critically ill Minnesotans and their loved ones. Registered dietitians and in-house chefs design delicious menus using fresh, organic ingredients whenever possible. Role Description The Sr. Manager of Corporate Partnerships is a remote, contract role responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate partners to support Open Arms of Minnesota’s mission. This role oversees corporate fundraising initiatives, including prospecting, cultivating, and stewarding corporate donors and sponsors. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing partnership proposals, managing corporate accounts, coordinating campaigns and events, and ensuring timely reporting and fulfillment of partnership benefits. The Sr. Manager collaborates with internal teams to align corporate partnerships with program needs, marketing efforts, and community engagement goals, and maintains accurate records and performance metrics to track and grow corporate support.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Corporate Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships, including building and sustaining long-term corporate relationships.
Experience in Account Management, with the ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and deliver on partnership commitments.
Strong Communication skills, including persuasive writing, presentation abilities, and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop Strategic Partnerships that advance organizational goals and increase revenue and visibility.
Experience in nonprofit or philanthropy, especially in development or corporate relations, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, including experience with CRM or donor management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
