About The Role
Moody's Corporation is seeking a talented AI Solutions Specialist to join its innovative team dedicated to transforming risk assessment through low code and no code artificial intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven automation tools tailored to various business units. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to identify automation opportunities, facilitate innovation sessions, and translate business needs into practical AI applications. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of technological adoption within the organization. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as systems or software engineer, technical business systems analyst, or similar positions.
Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on translating business needs into low code and no code AI solutions.
Experience facilitating innovation sessions with various Lines of Business to identify automation and AI opportunities.
Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions using tools such as n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, and Copilot Studio Lite and Full.
Ability to create comprehensive tutorials and documentation to support AI solution adoption and end-user training.
Capability to develop custom connectors for tools used within Moody's ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, including risk management and ethical AI practices, with a track record of implementing AI solutions to improve workflows.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of low code/no code AI solutions tailored to each Line of Business, addressing specific process pain points and automation opportunities.
Engage with business units through meetings and innovation sessions to understand workflows, gather use cases, and promote AI adoption.
Design, develop, and deploy AI automation solutions leveraging tools such as n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, and Copilot Studio.
Create detailed documentation, tutorials, and training materials to facilitate solution rollout and user onboarding.
Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate on solution design, and ensure alignment with organizational standards and security protocols.
Ensure responsible, scalable, and secure use of AI tools, maintaining compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to validate, test, and deploy AI solutions, ensuring optimal performance and integration with existing systems.
Monitor and evaluate AI solutions post-deployment to measure impact and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
