Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for Edrix training and career development programs. Day-to-day activities include responding to inquiries, conducting admissions consultations, assessing candidate fit for programs, and providing clear information on curricula, outcomes, and financial options. The role involves managing an admissions pipeline, following up with leads, and using CRM tools to track communications and enrollment progress. The Senior Admissions Counselor will collaborate with training, marketing, and operations teams to align admissions strategies with program goals, support virtual information sessions and webinars, and contribute to continuous improvement of admissions processes and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse prospective learners and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, handle queries, and ensure a positive admissions experience.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage admissions pipelines, convert qualified leads, and meet enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
Candidates should possess Education-related experience or understanding of training, upskilling, and career development programs.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in admissions or counseling, familiarity with CRM or student information systems, strong organizational and time-management skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
