About EaseAlert
Firefighters are up to 14x more likely to die from sudden cardiac death during alarm response than during non-emergency duties. Traditional alerting systems (jarring audible tones 24/7) are a problem.
EaseAlert exists to fix it. Our tactile and visual alerting system wakes firefighters calmer and gets them moving faster, replacing traditional systems with technology that reduces stress, sharpens response, and protects the people who protect everyone else.
It's working. EaseAlert has grown 420% in the past 18 months. Now we're building the team to bring EaseAlert to firefighters everywhere, and we're looking for a salesperson who wants their work to matter.
Who we're looking for:
A proven closer in direct sales with complex, long sales cycles
Consistent in hitting revenue targets, with the strategy to back it up
A strong presenter, networker, and negotiator with excellent written and verbal communication
Organized, coachable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup
Genuinely invested in firefighters and the challenges they face on the job
You will...
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing
Build lasting relationships with fire chiefs, department leaders, resellers, and industry partners
Tailor solutions to each department and guide customers through grant funding and procurement
Lead implementation and support clients post-purchase
Keep CRM records and pipeline forecasts sharp; bring market feedback to the team
Travel ~6–12 times per year for client visits and industry events (expenses covered)
Bonus points for:
Experience as an emergency responder
2–5+ years in account management, especially public safety or government sales
Channel sales experience or a track record of bringing new products to market
The Fine Print:
All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Degree requirements may be substituted with relevant work experience.
