Immigration Client Referral Consultant
Rising Legal Services is a UK immigration advice business regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at Level 1. We are looking to work with experienced individuals who have previous experience in UK immigration and can refer potential clients to our firm.
The Role
This is a commission-based referral role. You will be responsible for identifying and referring individuals who require UK immigration advice or assistance.
For every eligible client who is successfully referred to Rising Legal Services and subsequently instructed, you will receive 25-30% commission from the fees received for that client.
This is a flexible opportunity suitable for individuals who already have contacts within the immigration, international student, recruitment, education or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify potential clients who require UK immigration advice.
* Explain the services offered by Rising Legal Services and refer suitable enquiries to our team.
* Maintain professional communication with prospective clients.
* Provide accurate basic information about our services without providing immigration advice outside your authorised role.
* Follow our referral process and provide client details securely and appropriately.
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements.
* Build and maintain a network of potential client sources.
Requirements
Essential:
* Previous experience working in or around UK immigration.
* Good understanding of common UK immigration routes and terminology.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional approach when dealing with prospective clients.
* Ability to generate or access your own client referrals.
* Understanding of confidentiality and professional conduct.
Desirable:
* Experience within an immigration law firm or immigration consultancy.
* Experience in student recruitment, international education, recruitment, HR or related sectors.
* Existing professional network or client base.
* Experience generating leads or referrals.
Commission
25-30% commission per successful client referral dependent on how many clients are referred through your client base.
There is no fixed salary for this position. Commission is paid in accordance with the company’s referral and payment terms once the referred client has instructed Rising Legal Services and the relevant fees have been received.
There is no limit on the number of clients you can refer.
