We are looking for a Mid-Senior Media Buyer to join our remote team and take ownership of paid media campaigns across international markets.
The Role
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. You will work closely with performance and creative teams to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and launch paid media campaigns across relevant advertising platforms.
- Manage and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Monitor KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct structured testing of audiences, creatives, offers, placements, and campaign structures.
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable decisions.
- Collaborate with creative and performance teams on campaign development.
- Maintain accurate campaign reporting and documentation.
- Stay up to date with platform policies, advertising best practices, and industry developments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and paid social advertising.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, attribution, tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Experience working with international markets is an advantage.
- Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or other acquisition-focused environments is a plus.
