Lead Generation Specialist HT

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and build a consistent pipeline of business opportunities. The ideal candidate is skilled in prospect research, outbound outreach, lead qualification, and data management, with strong communication skills and a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers, companies, and target accounts.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on defined customer profiles and sales criteria.
Generate leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, online research, and other channels.
Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, business requirements, interest, and potential fit.
Conduct initial outreach and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
Identify decision-makers and relevant contacts within target organizations.
Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.
Track lead generation activities, outreach, responses, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
Follow up consistently with prospects to increase engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
Provide feedback on lead quality, prospect responses, market trends, and common objections.
Meet or exceed lead-generation, qualification, and activity targets.
Continuously test and improve outreach methods, messaging, and prospecting strategies.

Requirements

Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate prospect data.
Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity or lead-generation targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
