About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a client-focused professional with strong client servicing and project management skills, as well as a strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, content marketing, and events marketing. We are looking for someone who's super smart, quick to learn, unafraid of tech, meets deadlines and can lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality solutions.
Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and providing strategic marketing recommendations.
Proactively manage client expectations, address concerns, and identify opportunities to grow the partnership.
Project & Campaign Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams (strategists, content creators, designers, and digital specialists) to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring all deliverables align with client objectives.
Strategic Marketing Execution
Work closely with clients to develop content strategies, digital campaigns, and events tailored to their business needs.
Collaborate with internal experts to create compelling marketing assets, including articles, social media content, ads, and event materials.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
At least 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management within a marketing agency or consultancy.
Strong background in digital marketing, content marketing, and events marketing is required.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—able to engage and advise senior-level clients.
Highly analytical and comfortable with marketing technology - AI, CRM, databases and marketing automation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Experience using Asana or other project management tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
