To support its rapid international expansion, the company's dedicated Pet Healthcare and Veterinary Diagnostics Division provides cutting-edge molecular diagnostics (POCT / PCR), rapid diagnostic test kits, and animal health management solutions to veterinary clinics, pet hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories across the globe.
Role Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-performing Business Development Manager / Specialist to spearhead the commercial launch and channel setup in Egypt from the ground up (0-to-1 market entry).
As the first commercial boots on the ground locally, you will identify key distribution partners, build relationships with veterinary networks, drive the adoption of our veterinary diagnostic test kits & analyzers, and establish strong brand presence across the Polish market.
Key Responsibilities
0-to-1 Channel & B2B Setup: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard local B2B veterinary distributors, sub-dealers, and wholesalers across Poland from scratch.
Clinic & Account Acquisition: Map out and directly engage veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories to drive demonstrations, trial, and recurring orders of diagnostic test kits and point-of-care testing (POCT) analyzers.
Partner & Key Account Management: Serve as the primary commercial and operational contact for local distributors and key veterinary accounts, ensuring smooth product supply, commercial training, and long-term business growth.
Brand Presence & Field Marketing: Represent the brand at local veterinary conferences, academic seminars, and trade exhibitions across Poland and Central Europe.
Cross-Border Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between local field operations and overseas headquarters, providing regular market intelligence, competitor pricing data, and sales pipeline forecasts.
Who We Are Looking For
Language Proficiency: Native proficiency in Arabic to build rapport with local partners, and Good Business English for daily communication with remote headquarters.
B2B Hunting Track Record: 3+ years of proven commercial sales, key account management, or B2B business development experience with a strong hunter mindset.
Industry Experience (Any of the following):
Top Priority: Veterinary Diagnostics, Animal Health, Pet Healthcare, Rapid Test Kits, or Veterinary Pharmaceuticals/Vaccines.
Autonomous Work Style: Highly self-disciplined and comfortable working in a remote/field-based setup with frequent local travel. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
